Alexandra Frntic

Ausbildungs- und Institutsleitung Eidos 2.0 München, Rechtsanwältin.

Mediator for family and business conflicts in my own practice since 2015. University lecturer for mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution since 2017. Since 2022 I have been working on the board of the Federal Association for Family Mediation BAFM. It is important to me to promote and develop family mediation in society in particular.

In the training, as well as in the mediation itself, I combine methods and interventions with creativity, attention, contact and closeness.

As an enthusiastic hypnosystemist, I work with conflict partners, as well as in training, mostly on new, helpful inner images. If this succeeds, a work of art is created. We design, create ideas and perspectives for the future. Listening carefully and allowing individual words to have an effect, that is how I work. In training, I want to convey how people can be led out of their “problem trances” and thus be able to show themselves perspectives and their own resources. Above all, each mediator brings themselves into the process. In training, I attach importance to all participants getting to know their own qualities, skills, but also their own triggers and challenges. If we know ourselves well and can regulate ourselves, then we become really helpful in the role of mediator.

I am also an example of how mediation can be a powerful profession in its own right, one that is worthwhile in every respect.
